Buddy, can you spare a dime?

As most everyone reading this blog knows, Linda and I are here in Guatemala doing development work. What that means is that we're in the money finding business, seeking the funds to continue the great work that Transitions has been doing for over ten years.

Right now, I working on a funding request to a major Presbyterian Church in Houston, Texas. They've supported Transitions for many years and continue to do so, because they understand how the mobility created by a wheelchair or a prosthetic can change a person's life. They are generous and their generosity brings forth miracles in the lives of many Guatemalans with disabilities.

Perhaps you belong to a church, club or other organization that values human life. Suggest that they consider adding Transitions to their list of beneficiaries. There are many way to support the work of Transitions, here are a few: http://www.transitionsfoundation.org/index.php/en/get-involved/donate

All gifts are tax deductible, as we are affiliated with a U.S. support groups that holds a 501(c)(3) designation from the IRS.

Thank you for taking the time to read my public service announcement.
