Elegant Decoration

Although the casita we're living in is both modest and fairly small, it has pride. Above our door is a large crest that gives the building class.

In the center of the crest has the text "3 R" and a fleur-de-lis. At the top is a crown. I have no idea what it represents. Any ideas?

Upon reflection, it could have been a business logo, as the building where our casita is located and the adjacent wheelchair workshop was once a coffee processing plant.
