Every Friday afternoon at about 3:00 p.m, the Transitions guys change to special wheelchair basketball wheelchairs and spend the next three hours energetically shooting the hoops. The enthusiasm comes from the fact that they have yet to select the team to represent Guatemala at a special tournament in Mexico City later this year. At this point, everyone is eligible or at least wants to make the effort to be eligible.
Blocking, if anything, is as agressive as with regular basketball.
How about that for sports photography? I managed to get a photo of the ball going through the basket and I wasn't even trying.
