On Saturday, we were informed that a dear friend, fellow choir member and a true gentleman had passed away. Alcuin Kirberg, age 94, lived a full life and was loved and respected by all. He will truly be missed.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
I'm so sorry. He was a nice man and I'm glad I got to know him.
